Blood Separation
This example shows the enrichment of lymphocytes from small volume of mouse whole blood.
50 μL of mouse whole blood was diluted 1:10 with PBS. Diluted blood was loaded into SIEVEWELL.
RBCs were removed from pores of each well by aspiration. 2 times washing step with PBS were performed to remove remaining RBCs.
Calcein AM Fluorescent Dye was added into chip. After 15 minutes incubation, cells were washed with PBS. Stained live lymphocytes were visualized with microscope.
